Most of us have been in a worship service that seemed to switch from ordinary to “wow”!

As I write this blog I am allowing my mind to wander back to such times. I remember a funeral service for the father of two teenage boys. An old Presbyterian pastor was invited to offer a prayer. The old man talked to God and explained to him the pain of the wife, two sons, and a congregation of perplexed worshippers.
